Item Details

The manufacturer provided name plate (see picture) can be replaced at no additional cost for a larger one to accomodate more text. You may also request 2 separate plates (at no additional cost), one for the donnor's message and the other for the recipient's name and title. The 2 plates are positioned in the center, the donnor's plate is placed at the top (font is smaller) the recipient's plate is at the bottom (font is larger).
